Each training arc has 3 phases:
Develop

Weeks 9-12Integrate these elements together so your body moves with greater power, balance, and control.

FLOW+ workouts are organized into five class types that together create a balanced weekly training rhythm. Each session is about 30-40 minutes, so you can maintain a consistent fitness practice even with a full schedule.
FLOW+ Strength-Upper Body
Yoga-based strength training for muscle development and joint stability that targets your back, shoulders, and arms.
FLOW+ Strength-Lower Body
Yoga-based strength training for muscle development and joint stability that targets your hips, glutes, and legs.
FLOW+ Mobility
Yoga-inspired mobility work to improve flexibility and joint range of motion.
FLOW+ Conditioning
Full-body conditioning that builds endurance through structured movement sequences.
FLOW+ Core
Core training that strengthens deep stabilizing muscles to support posture and movement.
